SZIGET DAY 0: SOLD OUT
Index.hu writes that Sziget Festival’s Day 0, headlined by none other than Rihanna just got sold out. There are no more tickets left for August 11, as even the weekly tickets were sold out about 1.5 months before the start of the festival.
As the ‘Sold Out’ board will be put out at Sziget’s Day 0, about 55 thousand people with weekly passes and 25 thousand with day tickets are going to have an amazing time at the Óbudai Island, alongside 10 thousand crew members, celebrating music, arts, culture and freedom.
Alongside Rihanna performing as undoubtedly the main act of the day, Jake Bugg (UK), Parov Stelar (A), MØ (DK), Naughty Boy (UK), Punnany Massif (HUN), Afrojack (NL) and many more are to perform on one of the various stages of Sziget Festival.
According to the organizers, others days are also likely to get sold out, though, there are still some day tickets left for those. So, if you were planning to visit the Island of Freedom, make sure not to run out of time – and tickets – and miss the amazing experience Sziget might give you.
By the way, in the case of Sziget, sold out means 90 thousand Szitizens owning passes, including complimentary tickets. Besides, a new entrance system is introduced in order to ensure more safety, therefore, wristbands will be received only after an ID or other official cards with face photo are showed.
Visitors come from all around the world to see their favourites in Budapest, on August 10-17. Should you need more information about the festival, line-up, or tickets, go and check out the official website: szigetfestival.com.
