Budapest (MTI) – Get in the Ring, initiated by the Erasmus Centre for Entrepreneurship in 2009, with the aim of getting promising entrepreneurs from around the world in contact with investors, will hold an event in Hungary for the first time on Oct. 22.

The organiser of the Hungarian competition, Enterprise Hungary Nonprofit, said a jury, investors and an audience of 200 people will decide which show-style presentations in a number of categories are the most convincing.

The best of the Hungarian selection can expect a purse of 23,000 euros.

This year, more than 2,000 startups from 64 countries are taking part in the competition.
