Breaking: Busy Budapest metro station closed due to smoke

Smoke forces closure of the M2 metro station at Keleti on Wednesday. Services temporarily suspended, disaster protection authority informed MTI.
According to the statement, smoke was reported at a train on the platform, prompting the closure of both the train and the station. Officials added that the capital’s professional firefighters are searching for the source of the smoke, inspecting the tunnel, the train, and its surroundings.
