Watch here the new Budapest Olympic 2024 image film
The new image film of the Budapest 2024 Olympic bid was presented a few days ago. The short film focuses on the values, which determine the lives of Budapest dwellers like successes, struggles, commitment towards sport and the love of life.
The location of the 2024 Olympic Games will be decided in the September of 2017 between Budapest, Los Angeles and Paris.
The emphasized values – commitment, encouragement, freedom, endurance, collaboration, fun, determination, confidence, spirit, inspiration, courage and passion – are also the bases of the Budapest 2024 Olympic and Paralympic bid.
“Our capital, our home, our freedom and passion, our life. The city that connects us. In sports and beyond. This is Budapest.”
The music of the video, which draws a parallel between the streets, vehicles of Budapest and sport locations, fans, Olympians.
This new film takes a different approach on presenting our capital city than the Budapest 2024 bid launch film. The new one builds on the feeling of connectedness, togetherness which is key for a successful Olympic bid. The other image film is very youthful and managed to present Budapest differently from how classic touristic films do.
The first film shows the Statue of Liberty from a unique angle and runs us through the sights of the city on dynamic and spiritful shots. The video aims to present the many faces of a city, which changed a lot in the last couple of years.
