Budapest Journey Planner App for Web, Smartphones and Tablets

Budapest tourism transport

BKK Centre for Budapest Transport has launched its online journey planner application, the so-called FUTÁR app, available also for smartphones and tablets, bkk.hu reports.

The application gives detailed information on schedules of each stop and also is able to show the real-time position of the public transportation vehicles in operation. Thanks to the developers of the FUTÁR, this app offers both the “door to door” trip planner service and also the accessible route options.

The launch of the FUTÁR Journey Planner is the last step of the development that took for years, aiming to connect and follow all of the surface public transport operation via the satellite system. From now on, the real-time information of trams, buses and trolleybuses are available for both the operators in the control room and for all the passengers and everyone who has internet connection.

The FUTÁR app has been downloaded by already thousands who have their own public information screen in their pockets.

The application is available HERE or you can download it for free to your smartphone or tablet from any online store.

Plan your trip and have a great ride on BKK’s services!
