Budapest police bans demonstration linked to Hamas call for protest
The Budapest police headquarters (BRFK) has banned a protest linked to the Hamas call for protest, police said on its website on Wednesday.
A private individual has submitted a request to hold a demonstration in Budapest’s 2nd district on Friday, in connection with the armed fights between Israel and the Hamas terrorist organisation, the website said.
BRFK has banned the demonstration citing the law on the right of assembly, stating that “it would disturb public peace and the safety of the people in attendance”.
BRFK added that attending a banned event would result in sanctions.

They should’ve allowed it, and then rounded up all the attendees and deported them. Missed opportunity.
