“The expansion of our Budapest office is our next step in ensuring we deliver the best possible service to our growing Hungarian customer base and is made possible through our commitment to re-invest all revenue back into technology R&D” says Hani Sasani (Director of Technology Operations).
OPTAVITA’s expansion in Budapest will focus on bolstering its existing team in two key areas; Artificial Intelligence (AI) software engineers, and experienced recruitment staff.
“In a very short time we set up the infrastructure needed to deliver recruitment and HR services, successfully deliver projects to our new clients and hit our financial forecasts. We must use this momentum and deliver what our customers are really excited about; our next generation of services which uses AI and Big Data to revolutionise the way they recruit,” says Gábor Halmai (Finance Director and General Manager).
HR and recruitment will be going through a major shift to automation in the next decade with the introduction of robotics and artificial intelligence platforms. This new technology can better analyse candidate data and provide an end-to-end enhanced experience to candidates looking for jobs, and to organisations looking to recruit the right calibre of candidates.
“Hungary won’t be an exception to future trends affecting recruitment,” concluded Sasani. “We are very confident that our latest investment into this technology will deliver best in class services to Hungarian employers and jobseekers. We want to play an active role in Hungary’s bright future”.
