Amazing: Wizz Air to launch 6 routes to new destinations!

Wizz Air UK has announced a major expansion at London Luton Airport, strengthening its position as the airport’s largest airline and significantly widening travel options for UK passengers.
Wizz Air to expand even further
The low-cost carrier is adding a 15th aircraft to its Luton base, alongside launching six new direct routes to popular and emerging destinations across Europe.
The newly announced services will connect London Luton with Yerevan in Armenia, Alicante in Spain, Lyon in France, Corfu in Greece, Faro in Portugal and Turin in Italy.
Together, these routes are designed to cater for both leisure and business travellers, offering a mix of sunny holiday destinations, cultural city breaks and year-round travel opportunities, as reported by Travel and Tour World.
New, exciting travel destinations
One of the most notable additions is Yerevan, Armenia’s capital, which will be served directly from London for the first time. The route opens up a new non-stop connection between the UK and the South Caucasus, making Armenia more accessible for tourists, business travellers and those visiting friends and family.
At the same time, classic Mediterranean destinations such as Alicante, Faro and Corfu are expected to attract strong demand, particularly during the peak summer season.
City-break travellers are also likely to welcome the new flights to Lyon and Turin. Lyon, widely regarded as France’s gastronomic capital, will be available year-round, while Turin offers easy access to northern Italy’s cultural attractions as well as nearby Alpine ski resorts in winter.
