Green Day is coming to Budapest next year
Green Day is coming to Budapest for the first time since 2005. According to index.hu, the 30-year-old punk rock band is giving a concert in the László Papp Budapest Sports Arena on June 18, 2017.
“Budapest! Stay tuned for some Green Day news tomorrow!” the band posted on their Facebook page on Sunday. And as predicted, they announced their concert in Budapest on Monday.
The band is touring their latest record, Revolution Radio. The supporting band will be Rancid. Tickets are available here.
Green Day has performed in Hungary three times before, in 1995 at the Budapest Sportcsarnok, in 1998 at Sziget Festival, and in 2005 in the Sports Arena.
