Hungarian child was seriously injured on Wednesday after falling from a viewpoint near Bled Castle in Slovenia, local police said.

The Hungarian family was walking on a path near the castle when the child slipped at the viewpoint, fell over the wall, and tumbled down the steep slope, according to initial reports.

The child received first aid at the scene and was then airlifted by military helicopter to the Ljubljana Clinical Centre.
