Hungarian gang arrested for pimping underage girls in Budapest – video
The gang used the girls as drug mules, but police officers caught all its members in the downtown of Budapest. They took five people into custody for child prostitution and other crimes last Thursday.
According to hvg, officers were investigating another issue when they learnt that one of the persons involved in it gets his income from running young girls as prostitutes. As a result, they started a new case, police wrote in a statement issued on Sunday.

A 19-year-old man, his brother, and one of their friends recruited underage girls who offered sexual services in return for money in the most famous downtown streets, hotels, and pubs in the downtown of Budapest. The men found the clients for the girls, and they also took most of the money they received.
Furthermore, it already came to light that the men offered different types of drugs to the girls’ clients, so they forced the girls to be their drug mules as well. Police officers caught the three men and two women helping them on Saturday. They suspect the 19-year-old leader of the gang of not only child prostitution and drug trafficking but also of taking pornographic records of a person under 18. Interestingly, the court ordered the pre-trial detention in the case of the brothers. The three other members of the gang are currently under judicial supervision.
As we reported before, two young girls, one of them still underage, were lured to Győr by a man, where he sold them for €1,135 to a woman and her partner. They told the girls before that they would have to care for an elderly lady, cook and clean for her. They realised they had been sold to a couple and wanted to get away from them as they forced them into sex work.
The couple threatened to sell them to someone in Budapest if they tried to leave and said they would have a much harder time there. The woman took erotic pictures of the girls, which her partner then uploaded to the internet. They not only uploaded pictures but also clarified what kind of sexual services the girls provided and advertised them on certain sites. They took all the money the girls received from clients.
They held the girls captive in the house they were forced to work from, the door was always locked, and they never got a key. Finally, they got lucky and managed to escape when another sex worker who came to the house left the key in the lock. The sex trafficking group could face up to twenty years in prison.
