Hungarians work nearly eight years to afford new flat
Budapest (MTI) – Hungarians have to work on average 7.8 years to pay the price of a new 70sqm flat, according to a study compiled by consultancy Deloitte.
Deloitte put the average price of a new home in Hungary at 960 euros per square metre last year, 25 percent cheaper than in the Czech Republic and about 15 percent less than in Warsaw.
