Hungary’s Spa Association seeks looser restrictions
Hungary’s Spa Association has asked the government to stop requiring visitors to baths to present immunity certificates, the deputy head of the body said on public television on Tuesday.
Imre Kovacsics noted on news channel M1 that while visitors to spas must present a Covid immunity certificate, there is no such requirement for bathers at beaches on rivers and lakes.
He said all baths in Hungary could open by July 1.
Baths have retained 70-80 percent of staff, thanks to wage support from the government during shutdowns because of the pandemic, he added.
As we wrote before, so far 5,421,230 people have received a first jab, while 4,555,029 have been fully vaccinated in Hungary.

very correct ,

many like me vote with there feet ,will not be blackmailed to get a vaccination ,
just to walk near lake ,or an open air spa ,
also ,you are deliberately damaging mine and many others health ,NOT ABLE TO USE HEALTHY SPA ,
because we must take a vaccine you say is safe ,???
but you in the end will loose ,when we spend our money else ware ..
it will be 40c this week ,many can not afford air con,
how many old people will,, die,, of heat in there homes ,
because they are not allowed to go to the pool ???
or spa ??
He is right for asking the restrictions to be relaxed. If restrictions are lifter I’m planning to buy an annual pass for my family of 6 to a nearby spa and go there at least 10-15 times during the summer, spending on average 5000-10,000 Forint a day on ice cream, pancakes, etc. If restrictions are not lifter my vaccinated wife will likely take the kids there a few times, but we will mostly go to a nearby lakes instead. They will loose out on a lot of money.

they are all empty ,not because of shut down. ,because ,,people can not or will not be forced ,
to get there vaccine ,
or there papers are from another country ,like dutch ,cannot use spa ,
same for hotels ,
would it be so hard to get test ,in hotel ,,,really ,,
it is not about safety it is about ,telling us what to do ,or else ,
