Hungary’s Turbine.AI named Startup of the Year in Central Europe
Hungary’s Turbine.AI, which has built an artificial intelligence that models how cancer works at the molecular level, and tests millions of potential drugs on it, has won the Startup of the Year title at the Central European Startup Awards (CESA) in Sofia.
In addition to taking the top prize, Turbine.AI also won first place in the biotech and artificial intelligence categories.
One hundred of the best startups from ten countries in the region competed in the contest, said organiser xLabs.
