Large housing estate development project has been launched in Budapest

Budapest building construction investment property

(Portfolio) – With the final building permit and a reliable building contractor, one of the largest housing estate developments, the Allure Residence Budapest was launched in the 9th district.

One of the largest housing estate developments called Allure Residence Budapest is progressing rapidly in the capital, Potfolio.hu reports. The programme was launched in 2016, and since then, the construction plans have been approved, the appropriate building contractor had been chosen and the sales had started, too.

When planning the homes, special attention was paid to build sunny and easy-to-furnish apartments. Another important key factor that contributed to the successful sales is the chosen location. Portfolio.hu adds that the 9th district is among the most dynamically developing districts in the capital. This is also proven by the fact that it won the international FIABCI Prix d’Excellence 2016 award.

Allure Residence Budapest offers 520 new, sunny homes around one corner from the Danube, the Palace of Arts (MÜPA) and the National Theatre. One of the advantages of the location of Allure Residence Budapest is the perfect infrastructure: trams and buses are easy to access; on the other hand, also the city centre is within easy to reach by car, public transport, or on foot.
