Migrants at the Eastern Station in Budapest – Distressed Video
Prime Minister Viktor Orbán in his Tusnádfürdő speech today remarked that the construction of the border fence will be sped up and will be completed before August 31 due to the constant, and unrelenting stream of illegal immigrants.
Experiences in other countries show that just by building the fence the influx of migrants dropped to a fraction comparing to earlier data.
He added that he expected large-scale improvements from the border barrier. The technical plans have been approved, the deadlines have been amended and the technical solution has been chosen.
There will be huge signs and arrows on the fence, which will show “all interested parties” which way to go said the prime minister. He added that one needs to be vigilant making sure that no one can abused the freedom of movement within the European Union.
