MOL opens new filling stations in Romania
Oil and gas company MOL Romania recently opened three new filling stations across the country, following investments of some EUR 3 million, the company has announced, romania-insider.com reports.
After the opening of the new stations located in Iasi, Cluj and Arges counties, MOL’s retail network in Romania reached 141 stations. MOL’s new filling station in Floresti is located on the E60 road and has a total area of 3,300 sqm. It is the 11th filling station the oil company has in Romania’s Cluj county. The station in Iasi county is located on Nicolina street, on a 2,733 sqm plot, while the one in Calinesti, Arges county, is located on the DN7 national road. MOL Romania is part of the Hungarian oil and gas company MOL Group. In the first quarter of 2013, the group’s retail sales in Romania recorded a year-on-year increase of 5 percent, to 106,000 tons.
