Iconic hall of the Nyugati pályaudvar has been renovated – video
As we wrote before, the passenger hall of the Nyugati Railway Station has reopened, awaiting travellers with renewed roof structure, modern digital information system and 14 double-decker trains in the metropolitan agglomeration. Details HERE.
The Nyugati railway station was planned by August de Serres and was built by the Eiffel Company, and it was opened on 28 October 1877. Now you can see a short video about this beutiful and refurbished building:
