PHOTOS: this Hungarian pizzeria chosen one of the world’s best
Belli di Mamma pizzeria is in downtown Budapest, in the 7th district’s Akácfa Street. On their Facebook page, they confess that “new-wave Pizza in Budapest was born from an idea: to bring Italian hospitality and tradition to the heart of Budapest – and we’d like to believe we succeeded in our mission”. The project was successful since Big 7 Travel chose one of the best pizzerias in the world.
“Belli di Mamma is Hungary’s best-loved pizzeria. They mix the pizza flour with wholegrain for a nuttier colour, proof it for two days and top it with fresh and locally-sourced ingredients. The result is a pizza with a light and fluffy crust, with a paper-thin base. Glorious. It’s conquered the hearts of tourists and locals alike, even the biggest pizza purists among us”, the travel magazine says about the Hungarian pizzeria.
