PHOTOS: Ukrainian bus had a serious accident in Hungary, many injured
According to the Hungarian police, a Ukrainian bus drifted into a ditch from the main road 4 close to Kisvárda, near the Ukrainian-Hungarian border this morning. The vehicle carried more than 50 passengers.
Based on index.hu, the bus was heading towards Záhony’s border crossing station when the accident happened. Many suffered injuries, one Ukrainian passenger could be escorted out from the bus by the firefighters only through the back window. Police closed the road segment from traffic. The Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg County police department began a criminal investigation into the issue with the help of experts.
That was not the only accident that happened in Hungary last night. In Budapest, two people were injured in the collision of a tram and a car on Maglódi Street in the 10th district. According to Blikk, a Hungarian tabloid, professional firefighters helped the driver and his passenger. Thankfully, the tram was not derailed. You can see some photos below and even more HERE.
