Europe’s largest dietary manufacturer and distributor of dietary supplements and special foods was originally an American company, but the Lévai family bought it and finally opened their factory in Szada. CEO Bálint Lévai said then that they preserved the name because it refers to the American roots of the company, and the USA is still the centre of bodybuilding. It bought another Hungarian-founded food supplement producing company, Scitec Nutrition, in 2020.
24.hu said that the newest milestone of BioTechUSA’s global expansion is that their face will be a Brazilian striker, a talent recently discovered by Real Madrid, Rodrygo Silva De Goes. The 21-year-old football player will be one of the dietary supplement producer’s brand ambassadors.

Talented Brazlian to be the face of BioTechUSA
Rodrygo has been a striker in Real Madrid since 2019 and has a contract with the Spanish football team until 2025. He was the second youngest goal scorer of the club in the Champions League. Furthermore, he became the swiftest one, scoring two goals in one match. Moreover, he became the second youngest player in the tournament, preceded only by Wayne Rooney doing a hattrick. Rodrygo is very active on social media. For example, he has more than 7 million followers on Instagram.

CEO Bálint Lévai said they were happy and proud that the Brazilian striker joined their team. He added that Rodrygo’s career is an example of how somebody can get to one of the top clubs in the world, like one can build a world brand from a small, Eastern European country.
