Reminder – Foreigners in Hungary w/o TAJ can now register for coronavirus jabs!
We have reported yesterday that foreign residents and Hungarian citizens living abroad without a social insurance number can register for a coronavirus jab since yesterday, according to koronavírus.gov.hu.
The Hungarian vaccination program has already reached a new stage since 55% of the Hungarian population and 92% of registered citizens have been vaccinated. The Hungarian government now allows foreign residents in Hungary and Hungarian citizens abroad to get the vaccine by registering at vakcinainfo.gov.hu.
Keep in mind that an English-language registration platform as well as an online appointment booking system are also available for foreigners living in Hungary.
As we have reported, people applying to the vaccine can only choose from Sinopharm, Pfizer and a limited amount of Sputnik V vaccines.

It is crucial to bring your statement of consent (hozzájáruló nyilatkozat), which can be downloaded from HERE in Hungarian and from HERE in English.
Resident foreigners and Hungarian citizens abroad will be entitled to an immunity card once vaccinated.
