On this Friday: The night of the escape games

Do you have plans for Friday night? Would you like to try out something extraordinary? If your answer is yes, we have a suggestion. Visit one of the many escape rooms in the city, where you can experience unique excitement and adrenaline rush in different missions. Also, don’t forget to bring your friends with you!

The 16th of October is the night of the escape games when you and your friends/family/co-workers can try out different escape rooms with a 50% discount. The event is now organised for the second time after last year’s success.

“Our aim is to offer an alternative that substitutes lonely games on smartphones and computers. This is an enjoyable way to spend your free time which also improves cooperation and communication skills in a way that it provides instant success for both adults and children. Not to mention that the joy of playing with others and collective success adds to one’s self-confidence and improves cohesiveness.” writes Ádám Pattantyús, the organiser of the event, on their official website.

The trend of escape games started in 2011 as a hungaricum. You don’t have to be a genius to solve the puzzles because they are built upon common-sense. Depending on your choice of mission, you can expect a lot of laughing or shuddering. But one thing is common: teamwork! You need to work together if you want to escape successfully.

This is an ageless game; you can bring your whole family; generation gaps don’t matter. Each room has a different theme. The team (2-6 people) has to solve a selection of puzzles, search for clues, open locks in 60 minutes. You’ll feel like a real detective!

If you are in the mood to solve some mysteries, don’t miss out on the night of the escape games!
