Three new international TV channels will launch in Hungary in early 2027 under a new two-year agreement between One Hungary and Network4 Media Group. The deal also gives One TV Family subscribers access to selected Network4 Go streaming content at no extra cost from 1 December 2026.
The agreement covers 14 television channels in total, including Network4’s seven own channels – TV4, Story4, Film4, Galaxy4, Max4, Arena4 and Match4 – as well as four Viasat World channels distributed by the media group in Hungary: Viasat Nature, Viasat Explore, Viasat History and Viasat Epic Drama.
The three new channels are Moonbug, Viasat True Crime and Marquee TV, all scheduled to launch in Hungary in the first quarter of 2027, Index reported.
What will the new channels offer?
Each of the three channels targets a different audience:
- Moonbug is aimed primarily at preschool children and offers entertainment and educational programmes. Its content will include Hungarian-dubbed shows, English-language programmes and productions without dialogue.
- Viasat True Crime will focus on real-life crime cases and investigations, with documentaries and reality programmes available with Hungarian dubbing.
- Marquee TV is designed for viewers interested in culture and the performing arts. Its line-up will include ballet, opera, theatre, classical music and dance performances in their original languages.
Network4 will also represent Moonbug and Marquee TV for distribution in Hungary, adding them to the Viasat World channels it already handles.

Selected Network4 Go content free for One TV Family subscribers
Another key part of the agreement concerns streaming. From 1 December 2026, customers subscribed to One’s TV Family package will be able to access selected content from the Network4 Go streaming service without paying an additional fee.
The companies say the offer will include replays of sports broadcasts from Arena4, Match4 and Max4, around 1,800 hours of additional live sports events annually, Bundesliga match statistics, the 24-hour NFL Network channel, and approximately 600 hours of films and series.
Network4’s sports rights portfolio includes competitions such as the Premier League, Bundesliga, Serie A, NFL, MotoGP and UFC.
However, the announcement does not specify exactly which titles and features from the full Network4 Go catalogue will be available to One subscribers. The companies also said that the Network4 streaming app is expected to become part of One’s streaming line-up at a later date, although no timetable has been announced.
