VIDEO, PHOTOS – America’s best butcher’s shop is Hungarian!

Americans seem to agree that the USA’s best butcher’s shop is run by Hungarians in New Jersey. Here are some photos and a video of their success story.
Judit Varga, Hungary’s Minister of Justice, was on an official visit to the United States last week. Apart from commemorating the outbreak of the 1956 Hungarian revolution and freedom fight with the local Hungarian community, she visited a Hungarian meatery in New Jersey to buy some pork brawn.
Entering New Jersey’s famous Hungarian Meat Centre decorated with the Hungarian coat-of-arms, she greeted the people behind the counter by saying locals believe the best butcher’s shop is run by Hungarians. Then she asked about pork brawn, and the shop owner said they had it with paprika and garlic. He added they had been open since 1988. And according to the photos shared by the Hungarian justice minister, they even sell the famous Hungarian delicacy, Túró Rudi at the shop.
Here are some additional photos:
The owner said they used equipment from Hungary to reproduce the traditional tastes their customers are accustomed to. Mrs Varga said she was very proud of the success of the Hungarian butcher’s shop in New Jersey.
One of the comments below the video agrees that the owner was the best butcher in America. “We go there from Pennsylvania, a 3-4 hour ride from our home. András’s products are the tastiest”, the comment added.
