Woody Harrelson parties in Budapest’s Madách Square
The Emmy Award-winner American actor has been in Hungary since August and partied on Madách Square at a mini-street festival this weekend. Woody Harrelson came for the shooting of Now You See Me 3 to the Hungarian capital but it seems he wants to experience more from the good vibes of Budapest.
Basketball and padelball in Budapest with Hollywood star
We wrote before that Harrelson met Hungarian tennis champion Sándor Noszály to play padel in Budapest. Noszály shared a selfie with the American movie star, just like in 2014, when they bumped into each other in Beverly Hills. Noszály said the American actor was good at padel. The 63-year-old actor seems to be in perfect shape since later he played basketball with actor Áron Molnár, the founder of the noÁr Movement. Here is a photo:

Molnár wrote then that Harrelson played very well, he scored lots of points and never forgot to guard the net after the attacks.
He visited a Banksy exhibition
Later, Harrelson was spotted in Budapest’s party district, at the World of Banksy exhibition in Király Street. His friendly and open demeanour made quite an impression on the event organisers. “Unbelievable! One of Hollywood’s most iconic actors admired the famous street artist’s works right here in Budapest,” the World of Banksy Budapest team shared on social media, along with a photo of the smiling star.
“He was incredibly friendly and hilarious. He gladly took photos with everyone and signed autographs. He even promised to share a post about our exhibition!” – the exhibition’s manager, Dorina Benyovszky, shared with a Hungarian media outlet after his visit.
Woody Harrelson at Madách Square
According to 444.hu, the American film star partied on Budapest’s famous Madách Square on Friday evening. He participated in the concert of the Mexican Los Koyotes, who gave a concert between the Papitos Mexican restaurant and the Központ bar. Of course, some of his fans recognised him, so he had to take some selfies.
Woody Harrelson is not the only Hollywood star currently spending some weeks in Budapest due to the shooting of the second sequel of the Now You See Me movie. Morgan Freeman was spotted in the Déryné restaurant, while Jesse Eisenberg visited a Budapest magician’s shop to master some new tricks.
