Hamas releases last Hungarian hostage – video, photos

Hamas has released Omri Miran, its last Hungarian hostage, to the Red Cross, Péter Szijjártó, the foreign minister, said on Facebook on Monday.
“A huge thanks is owed to (US) President Donald Trump, who has … helped negotiate another agreement that offers the hope of a peaceful, secure life free of terrorism in the Middle East,” Szijjártó said. The minister also expressed his gratitude for the mediation of “our friends in Qatar and Egypt”.
Szijjártó stated that of the five Hungarian hostages, one tragically lost their life, three had already been released, and Mr Miran has now been freed. He also strongly condemned Hamas for their actions.
