An elderly woman was killed in Buda
An elderly woman was found dead in her home in the capital’s 2nd district, police are investigating a homicide, the Budapest Police Headquarters (BRFK) said on police.hu on Monday morning.
According to the information, a 75-year-old woman was found dead in an apartment building on Bimbó Street in the second district at around 22:30 on Sunday. The police conducted an inspection at the scene, during which they suspected foul play, so the BRFK Life Protection Department ordered an investigation against an unknown perpetrator on suspicion of manslaughter.
The search for the perpetrator is ongoing, they added.
