Hungarian Foreign Minister Anita Orbán spoke to CNN on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly’s High-level Week in New York, outlining changes in Hungary’s foreign policy under the new government and discussing the country’s approach to Ukraine’s EU accession.
CNN interview:
If you missed it: Major step for the Hungarian minority in Ukraine as educational bill submitted to parliament
I definitely have questions about her belief system, (New England Yankee) and whether it is good for Hungary, or not. This system of thinking has hurt my country, the disUnited States of America. That said, she seems a very capable, smart, and affable person. Time will tell.
Her choice of outlet to grant an interview is very telling: the reigning champion of fake news. (Although the competition for the title is REALLY stiff.)
We have this saying when somebody says something improbable: “Really? Or did you hear it on C.N.N.”?
Interesting to hear our highly skilled and intelligent Foreign Minister being interviewed by the prestigious CNN news which is not controlled by Trump or other religious far-right propaganda billionaires. CNN is one of the few major news outlets in USA to provide honest news among so many far-right sponsored outlets.
