Hungarian supermodel Barbara Palvin is expecting her first child with her husband, American actor Dylan Sprouse, the couple has confirmed through a joint social media post.
The announcement became public after the pair appeared at the prestigious Cannes Film Festival, where Palvin was visibly pregnant for the first time in public.
The couple later shared intimate Instagram images showing Palvin’s baby bump, along with an ultrasound image of their unborn child, including a clear view of a tiny fist.
From wedding bells in Hungary to parenthood
Palvin and Sprouse’s relationship has been closely followed since the actor proposed in June 2023. The couple married shortly afterwards in July 2023, holding a traditional ceremony in Hungary.
The wedding took place in Albertirsa, while the celebration continued at the Palvin family estate in Ceglédbercel. The festivities reflected Hungarian traditions, including a classic “menyecsketánc” where the bride changed into a red dress, as well as pálinka, folk music, and a lively reception rooted in local customs.
Health struggles and endometriosis diagnosis
The model has also previously spoken openly about her health challenges. In 2025, she revealed that she had long suffered from severe menstrual issues and persistent pain, which were later diagnosed as endometriosis following specialist examinations.
Palvin underwent surgery after her diagnosis and later reported significant improvement in her symptoms. She has since encouraged others experiencing similar issues to seek medical evaluation, stressing the importance of early diagnosis in preventing long-term complications.

The pregnancy marks a major milestone for the couple, who have been together for several years and married since 2023. Fans have widely shared their announcement following weeks of speculation.
