Budapest Mayor: artificial intelligence is smarter than the Hungarian government

Budapest Mayor Gergely Karácsony posted on his Facebook page today. He started the post with “This is what happens when artificial intelligence is smarter than the government, because it knows what we, the people of Budapest, know well…”. In the post, Karácsony writes that he has tried out a chatbot called ChatGPT, which is powered by artificial intelligence (AI).
