After last year, Liszt Ferenc International Airport has been the best in the Eastern European region this year, according to the British aviation analyst firm Skytrax survey – revealed on the awards ceremony in Paris. The world’s best is Changi airport of Singapore again, origo.hu says.
In the passenger satisfaction survey of Skytrax, 13 million passengers of 112 countries voted between 2014 May and 2015 January, who reviewed a total of 550 airports. The voting covers a total of 39 different categories, airports services and product quality is controlled, from the departure until the arrival.
“Skytrax Award for the best airports in Eastern Europe is one of the most prestigious professional awards, which is accessible in international aviation. However, it is also a very important feedback for us and all airport partners and service providers that the success achieved last year was not a one-time event” – Jost Lammers, CEO of Budapest Airport said.
