Foreign Ministry warns against travel to Bosnia-Herzegovina
(MTI) – The Foreign Ministry has warned Hungarian travellers that violent demonstrations make Bosnia-Herzegovina a dangerous travel destination.
Demonstrations in Sarajevo have reportedly turned violent with more than 50 people injured when demonstrations clashed with police and set the entrance to a government building on fire on Wednesday, a statement from the ministry sent to MTI on Friday said.
The local embassy has not received any reports of injured Hungarians, the statement said. Other demonstrations were reported in Tuzla, Brcko, Bihac, Zenica and Mostar, the statement added.
