Laszlo Koteles, goalkeeper of the Belgian football team Genk celebrated its team’s success with a little girl with leukemia named Lins after the 2-1 victory against Westerlo last Saturday. At first, the girl was frightened, but after a while she also waved to the fans, then she happily spoke to a Belgian newspaper about what happened – csakfoci.hu said.
“She is my hero and I am hers. She’s only 4, but she fights like a real warrior, and not for a contract or any success. For something more important, her life! Against an enemy, not an opponent. And she will win! She is the biggest hero, her name is Lins…” – Koteles wrote on Facebook.
