A 35-year-old Hungarian man died from a head trauma that he received from an angry driver after he mistook the suspect’s car for his Uber ride, reports Hungarian online daily 888 and NBC New York.

The victim, Sándor Szabó, a Florida local, was born and raised in the United States but has always claimed himself to be a Hungarian. One of his relatives recalls that he was always kind and honest, a person with positive energy and hope for the future, someone who could not cause harm deliberately to anyone. He was the grandson of a respected and recognized Hungarian actor, named Sándor Szabó too.

Sándor arrived for his half-sibling’s wedding to New York City, which took place on Sunday.

After the wedding, he was waiting for his Uber on the street and mistakenly knocked on the window of a white SUV.

The driver became angry beyond reason and hopping out of the car, punched him in the face.

Sándor was struck so hard by the driver that he fell to the floor and struck his head, rendering him unconscious. He was immediately rushed to a local hospital in a critical state but sadly died from the trauma received to his head at Tuesday dawn. According to CBS, his organs were offered for donation.

The police are still looking for the suspect who has fled the scene. They have released footage of the driver and are asking everyone to call the police if they have information on him.
