Hungarian minister expresses condolences over tragic school shooting
Péter Szijjártó, the foreign minister, expressed his condolences on Wednesday to Finnish counterpart Elina Valtonen over the shooting in a school in the city of Vantaa in which a student died and others were injured.
Szijjártó wrote to the Finnish minister saying that he was “deeply saddened” to learn of the “tragic” incident.
He expressed “deep sympathy” to those affected by the tragedy. “Our thoughts and prayers are with the victim and his family during this difficult time.” He wished the injured a quick recovery.
