The number of positive tests is IRRELEVANT!
First, according to the New York Time, up to 90% of all positive tests may be a false positive.
Second, the virus does not kill healthy people. Stop putting healthy people into quarantine. Put the people who might die from the virus in quarantine and let everyone else become immune to this flu.
