Italian-Argentinian man takes children from Hungarian mother – SURVEILLANCE VIDEOS

Italian-Argentinian father, Martin Ariel V. took his two underage children away from their mother in Debrecen on July 26. The pre-planned operation – in which he took his children back – was caught on surveillance tapes, which the police confiscated.

After the police acquired the tapes, they put out an arrest warrant for Martin Ariel V.; however, they later found out he took his children away legitimately, and the order was withdrawn, reported 24.hu.

The first video was recorded at the entrance to the Kerekerdő Élménypark, where the father had visitation to see his children, in the company of his ex-wife and the mother, Bernadett V., as well as a translator.

The videos show that Martin Ariel V. had a planned operation, which included multiple people and a rehearsed choreography to take his 7-year-old son and 5-year-old daughter away.

The recording shows the man leaving the theme park with the kids and his ex-wife, while two men are waiting by the exit, and start following the family to the parking lot. Because of the trees, the happenings in the parking lot are hard to see, but it can be made out that the father grabs the two children after the two men caught up with them. Suddenly a van shows up and leaves the parking lot, with the mother chasing after it, but a man is holding her back.

According to Bernadett V’s statement to the police, the two men who followed them to the parking lot held her back. At the same time, Martin Ariel V. put the children in a van, then got in himself, then another one of his associates, allegedly wearing a mask, drove off.
