Minister of agriculture Fazekas holds talks with Iranian deputy minister
Budapest (MTI) – Minister of Agriculture Sándor Fazekas held talks with Iranian deputy agriculture minister Abbas Keshavarz, the Ministry of Agriculture told MTI.
The parties expressed mutual interest in boosting trade and pursuing cooperation in R+D between their countries, with special emphasis on Hungarian export of seeds of grain, vegetables and fruits and pesticides.
The talked of setting up a body of experts coordinating a transfer of technologies, and of an inter-state agreement on agricultural research and development, the ministry said.
