Minister: Hungary one of the most efficient users of EU funds

Hungary is one of the most effective European Union member states when it comes to absorbing EU funds, having concluded tens of thousands of developments in a targeted, effective manner while adhering to regulations, the regional development minister said on Thursday.

Speaking at the inauguration of the recently reconstructed headquarters of the GyÅ‘r-Moson-Sopron County Chamber of Trade and Commerce, Tibor Navracsics said similar investments “serve the public good” in Hungary and in the European Union.

Navracsics noted that earlier on Thursday, Hungary applied to European Commission for credit of EUR 3.9 billion from the European Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF) – details HERE.
