Hungarian art movement created the largest wall painting in Central Europe
CTP, one of the largest industrial real estate development and operating companies in Central and Eastern Europe has launched its new project ‘Art Wall’ a little back in Hungary too, with the help of ARC.
Travelo says that the main goal of the project was to launch an art tender to decorate one of CTP’s largest industrial buildings in a prominent area and paint the winning art on the façade of the building.
The tender was launched under the name CTP Art Wall by ARC – Fess 1 nagyot! (Paint big) and the winner art was painted on the façade of CTP’s logistics headquarters in Biatorbágy.

It can be seen from the M1 highway and the extraordinary art covers a whopping 4,880 square metres of area, making it one of the largest wall paintings in Central Europe.
In total, 199 plans were submitted to the international tender from five countries. In the end, the professional jury selected the Hungarian Viktor Dobos’s work as number one. The jury and the tender was organised by ARC as it can be read on arcmagazin.hu and on their Facebook page.
The first instalment of the Art Wall project was launched back in 2017 in the Czech Republic.
