Plane crash in Hungary: one of the survivors has regained consciousness

Last week, a serious plane accident occurred in Börgönd, Hungary. Two people were killed and three others seriously injured when a small plane crashed into a car. One of the injured has now recovered.

As we reported, Hungary was shaken by a tragedy on Sunday. An American plane crashed near a parked car. Two people in the plane were killed, while three people in the parked car were seriously injured. The injured father has now recovered in hospital.

“We have received encouraging news about the victims of the accident in Börgönd and a fundraising campaign is being launched for them! The father of the family from Somogy County has recovered in hospital, the mother and their nine-year-old daughter are still under anaesthesia,” announced András Cser-Palkovics, Mayor of Székesfehérvár, on Facebook.

The Somogy County municipality where they live has started a fundraising campaign for the family. The municipality of Székesfehérvár also contributed a large sum.

According to preliminary expert opinions, it is likely that the plane crashed due to human error, and the Hungarian police are investigating the circumstances in the framework of criminal proceedings, hvg.hu reports.
