The Fountain On Margaret Island Starts Operating With A Refreshed Musical Repertoire

From Saturday, following a winter break the fountain on Margaret Island play melodies again. The rebuilt and enlarged fountain was inaugurated last year by Prime Minister Viktor Orbán and Budapest Mayor István Tarlós last year.

The musical repertoire of the fountain will be refreshed and extended as follows:

11 a.m.: children’ music
Kati Wolf: Song of Vuk (The Little Fox)
100 Folk Celsius: Miki manó
Zsuzsa Koncz: Mici mackó (Winnie the Pooh)
Napoleon Boulvard: Legyetek jók ha tudtok (State buoni se potete)

12 p.m.: classical music
Vivaldi: Four seasons
Brahms: Hungarian Dances – one piece
Strauss: The Blue Danube Waltz
Ferenc Liszt: Hungarian Rhapsody No.2.

13:00: light music
Simon & Garfunkel: Cecilia
The Rolling Stones: Let Me Down Slow

14:00: miscellaneous
Verdi: Aida – Bevonulási induló – Grand March
Rebeca Ferguson: I Hope

15:00: miscellaneous
Strauss: The Blue Danube Waltz
Dave Dee Dozy Beaky Mick and Tich: Bend It
Vivaldi: Four Season – Spring
The Rolling Stones: Let Me Down Slow
