The world admires the fairness of the Hungarian judo player – VIDEO

The Internet community admires the fairness of Laszlo Csoknyai: the Hungarian judo player took off the injured opponent in his arms from the tatami at the Euopean Judo Open in Kolozsvar (Cluj), origo.hu said.

The video, which is on the Facebook page of Swiss Judo, has been viewed by hundreds of thousands.

Csoknyai’s opponent, the British Max Stewart was injured and it was seen that he had serious pain, but he didn’t want to give up the fight. Finally, when he couldn’t stand up, the Hungarian judo player took into his arms and carried him down the tatami.

Csoknyai finished 3rd at the qualifying tournament in Kolozsvar, but his fairness became more popular than his results, and he gained the admiration of hundreds of thousands. The 81-kg Csoknyai is a Hungarian champion, winner of several world cups. The 27-year-old competitor has to wait for European Championship and W Championship medals; he won a Bronze medal as the member of the Hungarian team at the Universiade.
