Things are heating up: Another EU country joins lawsuit against Hungary

Eleven countries and the European Parliament have joined the European Commission in its case against the Hungarian government. Germany’s involvement is still in question, and the deadline for countries to join is 6 April, today.

Finland, along with several other EU member states, has decided to join the European Commission in a European lawsuit against Hungary over its legislation on gay rights, a Finnish EU diplomat told Népszava.

This brings to 12 the number of countries condemning the Hungarian government’s policies. Among the EU member states, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and the European Parliament have so far formally indicated their intention to strengthen the EC’s position in the case, the news portal says.

The question is whether Germany will join as the 13th country. According to the news portal, all the parties in Berlin’s governing coalition are in favour of the move. Now, the decision rests with Chancellor Olaf Scholz. The deadline is 6 April, today.

The Hungarian law prohibits, among other things, the portrayal of homosexuality, gender reassignment or “sexuality for one’s own sake” to people under 18. It may also restrict or exclude certain NGOs from sex education and other school programmes. The opposition and rights campaigners say the government deliberately conflates paedophilia with homosexuality, Index writes.

The summary of a lawsuit in which the European Commission is asking the EU judiciary to declare that Hungary has breached its obligations under EU law by adopting amendments to the law on “tougher action against paedophile offenders” and the “protection of children” was published in the EU’s official journal on 13 February.

Just days after the infringement procedure was launched, 18 EU Member States issued a joint statement. The declaration condemned legislative changes adopted under the guise of child protection that discriminate against LGBTIQ+ people.

I completely support Hungary on it’s decision to keep Hungarian children safe from the child grooming from sexual attacks of the LGBT. In the USA, they’re already allowing children to watch gay and trans pole dancing which is illegal if it’s hetrosexuall dancer? And it absolutely should be illegal to all children.
How can it be wrong in here and not wrong when it’s LGBT related? A child is not allowed to get into contracts, chose when to sleep, can’t chose to get married, can’t chose to stop education, not allowed to work, but can easily chose a sex change without parental consent? These countries must be mad? Was there at least legal referendum held in any of these countries regarding this matter? No! Because they know public view could completely make it illegal to support LGBT movement which in effect start a domino fall move. Why do i need to know other peoples sexual habits? Why my child needs to know about it in first place? I want my children to preserve their innocence for as long as they can; living care free from the filth of this world. I want my children to have innocent hopes, wishes and positive view of their future.. Give back the rainbow to children, LGBT stole what’s representing children to pretend their filthy move is innocent and to attract children to their filth; and it’s far from innocent fantasies. Children were abused in Sweden by LGBT foster parents. This speaks “Volume”. Hungarians are right even if all the world stands against them! Protect your children and make that your priority. It’s our duty as parents to protect our children.

This is at once shocking and laughable. These countries, many of which are hundreds of miles away from Hungary, presume to dictate to a sovereign state and its freely and democratically-elected government what laws it must or must not have. Pretty sure Hungary lived through almost 50 years of that in the second half of the 20th century. We don’t want or need it again, thanks. Speaking of pedophilia, if we look at what’s happening in the U.S. and Great Britain, there is indeed ample evidence that the “activists” WILL come for the children. There are explicit pornographic “books” in school libraries, fluorescent-haired “nonbinary” teachers use class time to fill kids’ heads with utter degeneracy, drag queens are invited to perform striptease in kindergartens, and so on. The Hungarian legislation does not prevent an adult from being whoever he/she/it/they/xe/asdf wants to be or from doing whatever they want with other consenting adults. The law only mandates that kids not be involved. One can’t help but be curious as to why the LGBTQWERTY lobby would find that objectionable. On a different note, what on earth does the “LGB” have to do with the “IQWERTYABC123+-etc.”?

Reminiscent of Pompeii in 79 Ad, as the SPILLAGE – the cataclysmic explosion of matters – that are and still to come out on Hungary’s membership in the European Union – all through and under there present day Prime Minister – Victor Orban and his Fidesz Party led Government.
Hungary – the population of Hungary 9.6 million, an ageing and decreasing population, that deaths of Hungarians outnumber new born, a trend over a decade, the surveys constantly being conducted in Hungary – on there membership of the European Union, return express and exhibit an opinion, that Hungary – doesn’t need to be a member of the European Union that they can STAND exist alone.
Orban & Fidesz constantly in there words, thoughts and ACTIONS – the future Orban is “driving” Hungary to-wards – support this FAVOURED opinion.
“The Crumbling of Hungary” – or could be, the “Cataclysmic Capitulation of Hungary” , if STAYS are not IMMEDIATLY put in place, to CEASE the Orban future direction of Hungary, that are “threatening” – placing us as a country in a perilous position as to our FUTURE.
