Winners of the Junior Prima Awards

Divany.hu writes that 10 young talented artists, under the age of 30 were rewarded with the Junior Prima Awards in the category of theatre and film on September 28.

The Junior Prima Awards were given, to talented artists under the age of 30, for the 8th time this year, with the support of FHB Bank, who joined the Prima Primissima Foundation in 2010 to search for and reward the young talents of theatre and cinematics.

Becoming nominated for the Award is already a major professional acknowledgement, as some of the most significant representatives of Hungarian theatre and films recommend talents, who are under the age of 30 and work excellently, to be nominated for the Award.

The winners of the Junior Prima Award in 2016 are the following 10 artists, expanding the Junior Prima family of theatre and films to 73 persons all together:

  • Bence Benkó and Péter Fábián, who are both directors and troupe leaders
  • Martin Boross, who received the Award as a director
  • Angéla Eke and Csenge Szilágyi, actresses
  • Tibor Fehér, Ádám Lábodi, and József Wunderlich, actors
  • Miklós Vecsei, actor and translator
  • Attila Vidnyánszky Jr., actor and director
