MTI – Budapest will host next year’s European Figure Skating Championships from January 15 to 19, organisers told a news conference on Thursday.
The last test of figure skaters before the Sochi Winter Olympics will be attended by 180 competitors from 36 nations.
The competitions will be held in the Syma Sports Hall, which has a capacity for 7,000 spectators, Gyorgy Sallak, executive director of the Hungarian Skating Federation, said.
