Hungary’s parliament sends condolences over Istanbul airport attack
Budapest, June 29 (MTI) – Hungarian Parliamentary Speaker László Kövér has expressed condolences over Tuesday’s triple suicide bombing at Istanbul’s main international airport.
Hungary extends its solidarity to the families of the innocent victims of the attack, including that of the “heroic Turkish policeman” and wishes a swift recovery to those who were injured, Kövér wrote in a telegram addressed to his counterpart Ismail Kahraman.
Hungary condemns and considers intolerable all forms of terrorism and will continue to stand by Turkey in the fight against terrorism, the speaker said.
The attack on Ataturk Airport killed 41 people and injured 239.
