Fully 6,768 people crossed into Hungary directly from Ukraine on Saturday, while another 6,380 from Ukraine crossed from Romania, the national police headquarters (ORFK) said.
Budapest police received 79 refugees, 33 children among them, arriving by train, ORFK said on Sunday.
