Sochi 2014: Surprise skier sets Hungarian record
Budapest, February 12 (MTI) – Alpine skier Edit Miklos came in 7th in ladies’ downhill in Sochi today, setting a Hungarian olympic record.
The skier finished with a time of 1:42.28 after Lotte Smiseth Sejersted from Norway.
Miklos, born in Szekler Land, Romania, is so far the 16-strong Hugarian olympic team’s most successful sportswoman.
